Well, I used BJU this year and although I think it is a good program I am now looking for something else. Last year we did those SOS things and I didn't like them at all. I would go with the NAKED palette. Seriously, it has EVERY neutral eyeshadow color you will ever need. Plus, you're obviously getting the bonus of some UDPP And the 24/7 pencil (which is also awesome). It pretty much just depends on how much you're willing to spend. The bank denied my fraud claim. why? what now?

I am a freshman in college. I am 18. In the beginning of the school year I opened my first bank account with TCF. I wrote my pin # on a piece of paper and I kept it in the same place that i kept the card and i also kept some checks in my wallet. I didn't know that it wasn't a good idea to write the pin# down. about a month ago, I lost the whole wallet, but i thought i had lost it in my house somewhere and i am away in a different city at school. with the type of account i have i can use my student i.d. as a debit card so i just took the little money that i had on there off and thought that everything would be fine. I was sure that the wallet would turn up. I waited a couple of days to search for it and have my grandmother at home search for it. I couldn't find it so i called the bank and reported it lost. I found out that someone had deposited a bad $3000 check in my account and tried to take out the money. They managed to spend a little over $1000 before they account froze. when i lost the card my only worry was someone spending my money, so i took it out. but i had no idea that someone could do that in just a couple of days. i filled a fraud claim of unauthorized use with a manager at a branch. they denied my claim saying that no error occurred and that i had some gain out of at least one of the transactions. THIS IS NOT TRUE. i did not even know that my card was being used. The manager at the bank said that he would call them for me and ask for more info. but right now i owe the bank $968, because they took a work check that went into the account before i could stop it. Why should i have to pay for transactions that i did not do??? I do not have $968. I do not want my credit to be destroyed because i lost my card. what should i do?

Why can't I save at the end of my Kingdom Hearts 2 game?

Alright, so here's my problem: I have finished my Kngdom Hearts 2 game and I have defeated Xemnas for the final time, but I cannot save after I have finished. After I defeat Xemnas for the final time, my screen shows a drawn picture of Sora and tells me my stats. (e.g. Number of kills, number of deaths, etc.) However, it simply stays there and I cannot save. I have left my PS2 on for hours to see if maybe the screen would eventually change and I have tried everything to try and save my progress of gameplay. After I eventually turned my PS2 off later that day, when I powered it up again to play on Proud Mode, I was at my last sae point- Right before I fought Xemnas. I am very confused as to why I cannot save my game at the end. Someone please help. Any input is welcomed.

Ask your farrier to teach you. You must get the hooves even, otherwise your horse is off balance. Is there a place that you could do a course on bare foot trimming. I don't where you are, but in Australia, we have TAFE courses for this, so maybe you have to google and see if there is a place that teaches owners who are interested in doing their own horses. Need help with cat aggression issue please?

I have 3 cats, all neutered males - have had them for over 5 years. The last couple of days, the 2nd oldest cat has been attacking the oldest. I just finished my student teaching in a high school. For the first week, the teacher stayed in the room, and the students were fairly good. After that, however, the teacher left, and the kids became rude, hateful, and disruptive to the point where I could hardly conduct a cl. While I know that we are learning to be teachers, and part of that is to maintain the clroom, these inner city high school kids at the school I worked for had zero respect for me as their teacher. I was only there for a few months, and even my teacher agreed that they'd have no respect for me and see me as an intruder instead of a "real" teacher. It was all I could do to keep going each day, but I did finish as best as I could. Is it smart for teachers to desert student teachers, knowing full well the students will cause as much chaos as possible, or should the teachers remain in the clroom, as it is their clroom?

Son allergic to bananas?

My son is 5 and half months, hes been getting cereal since about 4 months and has tried beans and peas with no problems. I'm 31 have never been married but have two kids from two different fathers. Wow. Writing that out just sounds terrible. I am currently with the father of my second child. We got pregnant 3 months after we started dating, moved in together after 5 months, and have been together for the past 1 1/2 years. For the most part, our relationship is great, he makes me laugh, our life is wonderful, he is loving and affectionate and compliments me all the time. But...he was recently divorced prior to us meeting. He was cheated on, constantly lied to, and even after all of that, he is still paying for his past relationship through alimony (she never worked), child support, and because we are in CA, she got half of everything. Needless to say, he carries a ton of baggage. I know he loves me and I love him. But, I want to be married someday soon and he doesn't think marriage is important. He thinks I want to marry him so I can take advantage of him the way his ex wife did. I love him but I know I want to be married someday. I'm afraid if he never marries me and I stay with him, I will grow resentful and angry towards him. I've explained to him many times that I don't need him to support me, I have a good job and although I live in his house, I pay him a monthly rent (about half of his mortgage), buy the groceries, split our day care cost, pay for my own bills. On one hand, I don't want to become an old bitter woman and have regrets because I never married...BUT I don't want to be selfish either...I can't break up my "family". I've made that mistake once before...but it depresses me to think he'll never marry me.

How do i help this kitten WANT to eat on his own?

i found this little (maybe 8 week old) kitten last friday night. i took him to the vet first thing saturday morning. the vet gave me ointment for his eyes because they were sealed shut with infection and oral antibiotics for his congestion. when i found him he could barely even breath or move for that matter. he looks better and sounds a lot less congested. i've been forcing kitten milk down his throat every couple of hours and he reluctantly takes it but i'd really like to see him showing some interest in eating or drinking on his own. he might be blind but i'm not sure yet. i pry his eyes open and put the ointment in his eyes twice a day but he doesn't try to open them on his own yet. he seems so pitiful but i'm still holding out hope. i know i should go ahead and get him tested for feline aids and leukemia but i guess i'm stalling because i don't want to find out that he really is that sick.

K. So I have recently quit maplestory for three months,because I was getting out of control playing it and deleted my account with all my meso (25ish mil). Now, i'm getting the motivation to start over again (and play only on weekends and holidays as not to get addicted). Considering the limited time every week that I have to play every week,what cl would be the fastest and easiest to play: fighter or spearman. I am unfunded (starting with 0 meso).I used to have a lvl 70 fighter, but he was messed up cause I used axe instead of sword. I WOULD choose to restart my fighter again from lvl 1 (with powerguard and rage), but I also like having high hp (hyperbody=spearman), and I'd like to train fast (mobbing=spearman). I also would prefer to play the character solo (as little partying as possible, so fighter wins again). I want to start a cleric to fund this char, but I REALLY DO NOT WANNA GET A CLERIC TO LIKE LVL 50 (TOO TIME CONSUMING). Most of all, I want to have fun and not be driven to quit again (I get bored easily) I wanna be able to take this char to at least 3rd/4th job (which spearman would dominate). But, I also do not wanna go bossing (eg. zakum/horntail), because 1)I cannot do Jump Quests for my life: couldnt even get past the lower ascent jump quest after trying all summer, 2)Like I said above I like working alone, because I simply do not have the time to work in a party for horntail) I know at this point, you'd be leaning more against fighter, but if you see them when they try to mob (slash blast), they are quite pitiful. Also, watching a spearman's damage jump all over the place and watching it barely p the 3rd job advancement is not my piece of cake. So I made it as unbiased as possible..... once again: SPEARMAN OR FIGHTER?

Ford 460 engine knock?

I have a knock in the left rear side of the engine. I checked the valves, push rods, lifters, pulled the oil pan no noticeable damage to piston rods, crank shaft, or anything else. Checked the side clearance on the connecting rods, within limits. Engine has about 140,000 miles on it. Not sure what the next step is other than rebuild the engine. Had the heads redone about a year and a half ago! Thanks for your help!!

I have a $4,000 close contact Jumping saddle (it is more like $5500 when you add the girth, stirrups, white saddle pad, leathers, etc...) and I have a $500 bridle, bit, and reins! So I don't want to use 6,000 plus dollars worth of tack on muddy trails (just in case it gets scratched or something)! I board at an english boarding place so it may not madder but I would rather have a english saddle! Itchy dry rash on my shoulder, inflamed after shower?

I have these weird blotches of dry skin (that's the best I can describe it) on my left shoulder and it's spreading to my back and my left shoulder. It itches a lot during the day but to look at it, it doesn't look like much, just dry skin, really. The pigment of skin in the area is a little whiter than everywhere else but after I take a shower, especially a warm one, I will look in the mirror and the area is extremely blotchy and red, but only the parts that itch. The red areas are nickel to quarter in size and once my body cools off, the redness goes away, leaving me with dry, itchy skin. I've never had this before. Just within the past 4 or 5 months. Any ideas what this could be? My mom suggested a fungal thing. Thanks in advance for your help.

If there is a lot of vomiting or diarrhea ,Checking between bouts. Our immune system is compromised by the diabetes so it can be a little easier to get sick. But the better control we have, the stronger our systems are.

How does would my transcript look with two "W"s for withdrawal on it?

I had to drop a cl the first semester and didn't do it in the allotted time to do the add/drop thing and unfortunately had to settle with a withdrawal. However the cl I withdrew from I took again the next semester and received a very good grade. I now am trying to withdraw from an elective I am taking which was frankly a "filler" course, because although the professor is a nice woman I don't feel that I am ready for her cl. She wants to do alot of things that I am not too good at yet so I feel that maybe I should hold off on it until my I can build my self confidence and esteem up. The last time I had to go up and speak in front of a cl I started shaking nervously and slurring my speech and nobody could understand me. I am told I am handsome alot and I turn alot of heads at the gym and such. When I was younger (im 23 now) my nose grew faster than my face. My family used to tease me about it but not really any other people. But now i think I look much more handsome and mature. ok so my parents are like private investigators on my life and need to know every detail. they told me recently that they dont care if i drink, they just dont want me smoking, but ive done it a few times anfd like it. the best thing I can say is to not raise your voice or throw it in his face that he never fixes anything. Don't call anyone to fix in hopes he gets jealous and tries to do it himself. Ask in the morning he is off that way if he has something planned later on he can knock it out and go about his business. I need answers about learning disabilities...?

I am 24 years old and am in great need of advice. Lately, I've had a few people ask me if I'm dyslexic. I have no problem spelling or writing correctly, but I have difficulty speaking. Unlike most people, I cannot rattle things off the top of my head. If I do, it comes out all jumbled up and backwards. For instance, yesterday, I said " It's been like that all dad, day" instead of " It's been like that all day, dad". I do that ALL the time. I had speech therapy in grade school because I had trouble pronoucing the "R" sound. Also, my memory is awful. I work as a secretary and I recently found out that I will be instructing monthly meetings in front of everyone and I am horrified! I cannot get in front of 20-30 people and make a speech with out embaring myself. If it comes down to it, I'd rather walk out than go through such torture. I just need ideas on what could be wrong with me. Is there a chance I do have dyslexia or is this some other form of disability?

TURNOUT RUG best fit for a thoroughbred ?

I am looking for a medium weight turnout rug to fit a short necked skinny thoroughbred. Just spent a fortune on a weatherbeeta all singing and dancing tristar with separate liner, it is 6ft and fits fine body wise but the neck cover was built for a giraffe !!.I tried a Mark Todd, but again, it fitted fine in length, but the chest was mive and built for a big warmblood . Advice on Maui or Honolulu?

My fiance and I have decided for our honeymoon to go to Hawaii. We plan on staying at either Maui or Honolulu for 5 days then do the 7 night Hawaiian cruise so we can visit the other islands. The cruise ships leaves Honolulu. My question is whether we should just stay 5 days in Honolulu to relax and enjoy it or go to Maui for the 5 days and take the 20 minute flight over to Honolulu the day the ship leaves. The cruise will be docking in Maui for 2 days. I've heard that Honolulu is pretty much just like a city and very commericalized. is there anything fun to do there? Any recommended resorts?

Eating healthier......but cravings at night...HELP?

OK....so i started working out again a week ago. Ive been eating really healthy....oatmeal for breakfast with some OJ to drink. Fat free yogurt for a snack. Lunch i eat a whole grain turkey sandwich with a little bit of doritos. Apple or orange for a snack later....and I drink just about a gallon of water a day. After I get off from work at 5, I go to the gym for about an hour or more. I come home, eat a sandwich or something like grilled chicken w/rice or vegetables.....But right about an hour before i go to sleep, i get really hungry and start craving chips....ice cream....or something to munch on. Like just 10 min ago I just had a slice for whole grain bread with some peanut er and a gl of chocolate milk...then that didnt do it and had some fat free ruffles......and least im trying to keep it healthy when i do crave at night. Hip and Back Injury to Dog : My 3 months old labrador male pup had fallen from first floorn to ground floor and received severe back and hip injuries. his rear legs became senseless. vet treated him and dog regained full senses in rear legs. he can not walk on four legs and thus drags himself with the power of front legs. he can not stand on rear legs at his own but if make him stand by support then he tries to walk but urintes due to pain and is unable to move rear legs. his both hip joints are either broken or are dislocated. now he is one year old and has become bulky. we are still serving him in the hope of getting him cured/healed.
