Does getting your blood drawn hurt?

Im 13 and I am like deathly afraid of needles. I start shaking just thinking about them. I am literally like in tears at the doctors office for shots and am completely afraid of getting my blood drawn. Does anyone have any tips? or like something to help me? I also faint and get queasy after shots or if i see blood and stuff so I dont know what this will do. thanks for helping!
