What is wrong with my ? lol?

Me and my boyfriend had and he med in me twice, during my period :x .. ever since that I have a white-ish discharge that smells like rotten meat. And it smells so bad, even perfume doesnt cover it. It might be BV, but I dont have health insurance. what might it be?? and at home remidies? please help ://
