Why are some 'christians' soooooo in luv with 'jesus' when they honestly don't have a clue what he looked like?

One has to think that a lot of 'christians', if they saw 'jesus' wearing street clothes and a back pack walking through Baghdad, would start shooting before they asked any questions. What kind of picture do they have in mind of this mythical man, when odds are that he looked a lot more like Saddam Hussein than Kurt Russell.
