How to stand up for myself and tell them im not tolerating it?

Well here, if you fight you always end up getting jumped. I fought a freshman when I was in 8th grade and I was going to get jumped like by 8 people just because I whipped the kid. I had to get my mom to talk to all the kids parents and threaten calling the police. This stuff is serious business.
