Why do muslims claim that the quran, unlike the Bible, came directly from heaven when we know for sure that?

What you say about the "orderliness" of the Bible was due to the orders of the Roman Emperor Constantine to compile it. I think if Constantine also asked to compile this writings of the Quran, it would have been as "organized" as the Bible.
