How do I become a dolphin?

I saw it on South Park and I know they make fun of a lot of current events but is there currently a surgery where I can become a dolphin? I mean are dolphin-oplasties even real, they can do a lot of crazy things these days surgically. Please don't laugh, some men feel like they were born women and vice versa but I have always felt like being a porpoise was my purpose.
