How does would my transcript look with two "W"s for withdrawal on it?

I had to drop a cl the first semester and didn't do it in the allotted time to do the add/drop thing and unfortunately had to settle with a withdrawal. However the cl I withdrew from I took again the next semester and received a very good grade. I now am trying to withdraw from an elective I am taking which was frankly a "filler" course, because although the professor is a nice woman I don't feel that I am ready for her cl. She wants to do alot of things that I am not too good at yet so I feel that maybe I should hold off on it until my I can build my self confidence and esteem up. The last time I had to go up and speak in front of a cl I started shaking nervously and slurring my speech and nobody could understand me. I need much more practice with my presentation and public speaking and there is no getting around it in her cl. So which is worse a fail grade or a "W".
