Went ballistic on my landlord?

me & her always got along well & i lived here 3 years without any problems. i never was late on rent or got complaints. Well these idiots moved in next door, they are totally loud , violent obnoxious. i told her and all of the sudden she basically insinuated i am lying (she was always nice to me until I had my first problem). then i went ballistic and told her off . then she offered to let me out of my lease. I yelled really rude "NO, IM STAYING!" then I hung up on her, then i called back and said " I Might move out if i can find somewhere to go." she said "well let me know." and i said "OK" click!!!! wondering what u think of the whole situation need guidance, thanks
