How do I become a surrogate mother?

I am 20 years old, and I dream of carrying a child for an infertile couple. I am a very giving person, and nothing gives me as much joy in this world as seeing someone's face when I give them a gift they wanted. I think giving someone the gift of life would be the ultimate present, and I want to know what I have to do to become a surrogate mother. Also, is there an "open surrogate" option where I could get updates on/see the baby? If not I'm fine with that too. Please, if anyone can tell me what processes I have to go through to become a surrogate.
