Why did the original writers of banjo-kazooie and banjo-tooie quit?

i dont know why but the original creaters of banjo-kazooie and banjo-tooie quit. no website or blog hell even wiki. didn't have anything so i turn to yahoo aswers for the answer so i am counting on you guy to give me the answer.
