If hudud law is implemented, does it mean judgement day is on earth? Who torchure human after death.God/satan?

Hudud is a form of torchure similar to JIHAD and they claim that by doing this, God blessing them whenever they behead you and take off your limb and arms, citizens with limb and arm removed by govt, what profession does govt give them next after removing their natural body parts, maybe giving them a plastic part to replace? my next IQ test, who normally does the torchering of souls after death, is it God or Satan?
