What happens if you make a confession because your scared?

well my friend told me to hold a laptop for him and it was stolen i did it any ways well the story is he committed a burglary on a high school he told me about it 3 days later and told me the whole story he showed me where he had the laptops now i was holding one for him cause he said he would give me some money i got caught at it at another school policed questioned me i don't know nothing about the law but i was scared I am only 16 they told me if i admitted to it and told them where the other laptops where they'd let me go so i did and now I am facing the charges i don't know what to do cause i admitted i did it when i did not i have trial in one month can you tell me if I am a be found guilty they charged me with grand theft burglary to a structure and criminal mischief i did not do it but i am scared since i said i did I am going to be guilty
