So, I have come to the conclusion, that I am not a salesman despite years of trying, some people just are not.?

What can I do? A business degree seems worthless without being able to sell. Every time I get a recruiting call its more sales, and of course the money sounds great, but as stated above. And of course recruiters fail to tell you that only the top 10% of the sales people make that much, lol. I'd love to do a multitude of other operational and human resources, etc. type positions but they only have open positions for people with experience ever. Any ideas?
