Eating healthier......but cravings at night...HELP?
OK....so i started working out again a week ago. Ive been eating really healthy....oatmeal for breakfast with some OJ to drink. Fat free yogurt for a snack. Lunch i eat a whole grain turkey sandwich with a little bit of doritos. Apple or orange for a snack later....and I drink just about a gallon of water a day. After I get off from work at 5, I go to the gym for about an hour or more. I come home, eat a sandwich or something like grilled chicken w/rice or vegetables.....But right about an hour before i go to sleep, i get really hungry and start craving chips....ice cream....or something to munch on. Like just 10 min ago I just had a slice for whole grain bread with some peanut er and a gl of chocolate milk...then that didnt do it and had some fat free ruffles......and least im trying to keep it healthy when i do crave at night. Can anyone suggest something or advice. what can i do different during the day or eat differnt?....Please help!!! I hate craving at night...I
