Hairstyles fringe, round face?

I have a round face and I want to get my hair cut. My layers are growing out so its just long around mid back length, extremely curly and I have a side fringe, i straighten it a lot. But i need a new hairstyle i was thinking of getting a full fringe like Kelly Osbourne or maybe like Jeff's signature cut off BBC 3 celebrity scissor-hands =P I want to keep my length but i need advice for my fringe, I don't want a side one anymore.
