Is God listening and watching?

I dont think so. Of course he has the option to be everywhere but why would he intentionaly watch sinful acts of humans? Do you continually watch things that repulse you? Then why would God? God gave the earth to Satan and left. He came back in the form of man -Jesus- he died for us rose AND LEFT AGAIN! He gave us the Holy Spirit to show us and empower us to love others. He'll be back later. This is what I have concluded. Not convinced? Choose one of three options... Scenario... A child is born to a crack addict. The child lives a horrible life only to be killed at the hands of the parents. Choose the best answer or add one. 1 - God knew what was going to happen and gave the child to the family anyway cause he's God and doesn't care. after all were only dirt in the first place.. 2 God knew what was going to happen and cared but is powerless to stop the biological process he created. 3. God set the biological laws in place, abandoned earth for an undertermined amout of time after dying on the cross for us morons and will return to save those who stayed faithful trusting His followers to do His will. and for the sake of this post he would want us believers to get out of our selfish self centered life and rescue the aforementioned child .
