What preferentially conducts dissolved ions over solvent.?

If I have a high concentration electrolyte in one container, and a low or no concentration solvent (of the same type in the electrolyte) in another adjacent container, is there any conduit that I could use to conduct the dissolved material in a much higher ratio to the solvent, from the high concentration container to the low concentration container?
