Have alot of the prophesies in the Bible been fulfilled? (Christians only)?

Im mean the Bible seems to hit on alot of points/occurrences that the world seems to be going through today. Skyrocketing food prices, wrongs is becoming right, natural disasters constantly happening all over the world, ect.
