Would taking a caffine pill orally hurt my body?

Ive herd that taking pills orally (from behind) would be more effective, is it true? And if i take a caffine pill orally would it hurt my body? Its a JetAlert 200mg if that matterz? Silly ik but ill try anything once, and i juss h8 bein tyred. Please help me
