Hungarian Ethnicity Question?

I know this might sound like a stupid question but how did the hungarian race start what ethnic groups were they mixed with to create there name... I mean like do Hungarian people have some iranian, or afghan, or asian, or turkish in them? Silly question I know but im just curious
